About the Job
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

IT Support:
  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, software and office devices.
  • Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and documentation
  • Support email setup, user accounts, and system access.
  • Manage Network Operations & Monitoring – Wired & Wireless

Marketing Support:
  • Assist in managing company social media accounts.
  • Assist in webinar activities.
  • Support in event (exhibition, seminar, etc.) organization.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
  • Assist Marketing campaign activities 

Requirements:
  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. 

Preferred Skills:
  • Good Hardware and Software knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
