Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, software and office devices.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and documentation
- Support email setup, user accounts, and system access.
- Manage Network Operations & Monitoring – Wired & Wireless
Marketing Support:
- Assist in managing company social media accounts.
- Assist in webinar activities.
- Support in event (exhibition, seminar, etc.) organization.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Assist Marketing campaign activities
Requirements:
- Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Good Hardware and Software knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
